When The Pinehills was chosen as the site of the HGTV 2010 Green Home, MacKenzie Brothers was selected from multiple candidates. In addition to our reputation for quality craftsmanship, our understanding of state-of-the-art energy practices and appropriate building materials was an important factor.
The finished home is considered unique in many ways. Special features include barrel vaulted ceilings, a genuine fieldstone fireplace, and a home office.

Willowbend Golf Community, Mashpee, MA

Originally contracted for the interior finish carpentry of the golf course clubhouse, MacKenzie Brothers was selected to build 42 custom homes at this exclusive community. Willowbend houses range from grand showcase residences to stunning moderately sized homes, and are considered to be masterpieces of building quality and style.
Residences are luxuriously appointed with features that often include expansive interior spaces, gleaming hardwood floors, chef’s kitchen, master bedroom suite with oversize master bath, loft, recreation room and/or exercise area, outdoor deck and/or terrace, and immaculate exterior landscaping. While each feels like a very special one-of-a-kind home, all are built with classic MacKenzie Brothers craftsmanship and feature exquisite detail.
